Introduction of anti-fog mirror

BTG Anti-fog mirrors are lenses that can effectively prevent or avoid condensation of water mist. They are generally divided into organic anti-fog mirrors and inorganic anti-fog mirrors. There are two reasons for lens fogging: one is the liquefaction of the hot gas in the lens and the colder lens; the other is the evaporation of water on the skin surface sealed by the silver mirror, and the gas on the lens condenses.

Classification of anti-fog mirrors

Anti-fog mirrors are generally divided into organic anti-fog mirrors and inorganic anti-fog mirrors.

1. Inorganic anti-fog mirrors are generally pasted with a layer of anti-fog film on the surface of the glass to achieve the purpose of anti-fog.

2. Organic anti-fog lenses are divided into coated anti-fog lenses, electrothermal anti-fog lenses and nano-composite anti-fog lenses.

Advantages of anti-fog mirror

The anti-fog film is affixed to the back of the mirror, which efficiently converts electrical energy into heat, which is transmitted to the lens, which increases the temperature of the mirror surface, which is always 8-12 degrees higher than room temperature. It prevents water vapor from condensing on the mirror surface, prevents the mirror from fogging, and keeps the mirror surface clear.
