How does the hyperbolic tempered glass work?
BTG hyperbolic tempered glass is a double curved tempered glass formed by heating the float glass, and assisting the molding by the bottom mold, the main mold forming the top mold, and quenching according to the requirements of the hyperbolic shape pattern.
BTG double curved tempered glass molding process:
The glass is softened by high temperature, the main drive motor of the molding section rotates, and the glass is stopped by conveying the glass to the specified position through electrical positioning. Corresponding to the mold position, the mold cylinder moves on the forming section, the upper mold is lowered, the two molds are closed and pressed to the glass, and then raised back to the position. The motor of the mold trolley is rotated to send the mold trolley and the formed glass into the tempering section.
Performance characteristics of double curved tempered glass:
1. Safety. When the qualified tempered glass is broken, the fragments are very small. The number of fragments in the area of 50mmx50mm is not less than 40 pieces. The section of the fragment is basically perpendicular to the surface.
2. Impact resistance. 1040g steel ball can withstand the impact of free fall from 1 meter high without breaking.
3. Bending strength. The bending strength can reach 200ma.
4. Optical properties. The optical properties of glass do not change during the tempering process.
5. Heat resistance stability. Pouring molten lead liquid (327 ° C) on glass at room temperature does not break. The tempered glass is heated to 200 ° C and placed in 25 ° C water. The glass does not break.
Applications of BTG hyperbolic tempered glass:
Hyperbolic tempered glass is highly used in modern society , and more and more popular in art buildings.
1.hyperbolic tempered glass curtain wall
2. hyperbolic tempered glass skylight
3. hyperbolic tempered glass sightseeing elevator
4. double curved tempered glass indoor partition wall
5. double curved tempered glass barrier or screen
