New autoclave arrived in our factory today

Today, the new autoclave arrived in our BTG factory, the new laminating production line can produce the maximum size of 3000mmX8000mm PVB, SGP laminated glass.

The new autoclave uses a high-temperature fan forced convection process. The advantage is that the glass and PVB are heated evenly, and the preheating temperature difference of the glass is plus or minus 3 degrees Celsius!

The new equipment greatly improves the processing efficiency of our factory and the product quality is more stable.

For example, the processing time of 300 square meters of 6mm clear tempered+1.14PVB+6mm clear tempered laminated glass plain is 3 hours shorter than the old equipment! Energy saving is about 30%.
